D. Brent Wright Jr- President and co-founder of 5050 Storage Partners. Brent has successfully completed over $200M of new development and acquisitions of self-storage properties across the country. His primary responsibilities include capital markets and company strategy. Brent plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory. When he’s not working you can find him on a boat inshore fishing or heading out to the gulfstream in search for tuna, mahi or billfish.

Joshua Davis

VP & Co-Founder

Joshua Davis is the Vice President and Co-Founder of 5050 Storage Partners, LLC, where he has been intimately involved in all aspects of self-storage development, acquisition, and operations since 2014. With over $200 million in transaction volume across 30+ self-storage deals in 8 different states. Joshua primarily focuses on acquisition due diligence, operations, and project management. He is also a licensed commercial general contractor in NC, VA, AR, and GA.

Will Aldridge SVP of Investments

Will Aldridge

SVP of Investments

Will’s primary role at 5050 Storage Partners is sourcing and evaluating all investment opportunities. Previously, Will worked for eight years as the Director of Investment Underwriting for Jernigan Capital and its successor, NexPoint Storage Partners. During his time there, Will played a key role in building a portfolio of over 90 self-storage facilities across the United States.

Lauren plays a pivotal role in fostering communication with our investors. Her responsibilities include facilitating connections between investors and investment opportunities, facilitating the transaction from offering to closing of new assets, and attending to all investor needs concerning 5050 Storage Partners assets. With her eye for detail, Lauren ensures a smooth and responsive experience for our investors throughout their engagement with the 5050 Storage Partners portfolio.

Stephen Breining Southeast Regional Manager

Southeast Regional Manager

Stephen Breining is the Southeast Regional Manager of our StorMark storage facilities. His background has been in multi-unit operations for large restaurants, hotels, and self-storage operators over the past two decades. Stephen was raised in New Jersey but currently resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina with his wife and two dogs. Stephen describes himself as a sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife and walking their dogs.
